5 of the best reasons why....
Hello, My name is not LeslyAnne. This is however my list "5 of the best reasons why" I'm starting yet another blog.
First and foremost, this one is an experiment to see what happens if someone consistently writes and publishes blog posts.
Secondly, I like to write and this will hopefully be a place to put some things down in writing for myself to remember and hopefully for others to enjoy.
The third reason has to be because I like to learn and I've realized that I look up a lot of little tidbits of information throughout the day and then they are gone. I'd like to share those. Yes, others could go and do the same thing that I do and look something up when the question arises from their own child, which is usually the situation here in our home, but why not write it down and share with anyone who might be interested in learning something new? Yes, why not? Can a question be a reason? Sure, why not?
4 - I just finished a Master's degree. I have a bit of time on my hands from day to day as I'm waiting for the actual final signature on my thesis. Hopefully, even when I don't have quite so much time, I will consistently write Something (it the point of this blog thing anyway - to write, share, remember).
5 - I probably have other reasons, but really I think it would be miraculous to make money by writing. I like writing poetry and short stories, and I actually have a blog dedicated to some of my poetry. Why not make some money doing it? No, not "doing it" to make money? There will be no xxx adult content. I mean write to make money. I realize that writing a blog is probably not the best way to monetize my writing, but that is part of the experiment.
I hope to have funny content because I like jokes, and interesting sciency historyy stuff because I that's also interesting, and sometime I hope to have how to stuff, and also some reading and writing/vocab type stuff. I'm sure I will divulge more and more about myself as time goes by, but I do hope to keep each one (blog post) on the shorter side.
